Will it really not spill?
It will not slosh out under normal driving. Turn it upside down and it will still empty — it is an anti-splash bowl, not a sealed container.

Can I put food in it?
You can, but the insert is designed for liquid. For food, use a plain bowl.

How much does it hold?
Enough for a long drive for a small or medium dog. For a big dog on a hot day, plan to top it up at stops.
