Every Marloft order ships tracked. Here is how to find yours.

Your tracking number

When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived — dispatch emails end up there more often than they should.

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it. A number that shows nothing on day one is normal, not a problem.

Orders with more than one item

Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with mixed delivery windows arrives as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. You will receive one dispatch email per parcel. This gets your fastest item to you sooner instead of holding everything back for the slowest.

How long it should take

• Tactical No-Pull Harness — from our US warehouse, currently about 8 days.
• Accessories — from our overseas warehouse. Plan on two to three weeks.
• LED Safety Harness — travels on a battery-certified service. Around three weeks.

Add 1 to 2 business days of processing before dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier backlogs can stretch them.

If it is overdue

Email victortolbert231@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost we replace or refund it — you do not have to argue the point.
