Shipping Policy
We ship across the United States. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
What shipping costs
- Standard — $8. Free on any order over $70.
- Express — $15, where offered.
Delivery times differ by product
This matters more here than at most stores, so we state it plainly rather than promising a single number.
- Tactical No-Pull Harness — ships from a US warehouse. Current transit estimate: 8 days.
- Accessories — the collar, leash, travel bowl, car seat belt, paw washer and grooming brush ship from our overseas warehouse. These take longer than the harness and we do not quote a fixed number for them, because our warehouse does not publish a firm transit estimate for these items. Plan on two to three weeks and treat anything faster as a bonus.
- LED Safety Harness — contains a lithium battery and must travel on a battery-certified service. Around three weeks.
Every estimate on this page is an estimate, not a guarantee. We would rather under-promise than talk you into an order you regret.
Orders with more than one item
If you order products with different delivery windows, they arrive as separate parcels rather than waiting to be combined. Each has its own tracking number. This gets your fastest item to you sooner. You are charged shipping once, not per parcel.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel is dispatched, not from the moment you order.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email on dispatch. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating.
Delays
Customs, weather and carrier backlogs can extend delivery beyond our estimates. If your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address given at checkout.
