Products and descriptions

We describe every product using specifications supplied by the manufacturer. We do not publish claims we cannot verify. Photographs are supplied by the manufacturer and colours may vary slightly between screens.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel and refund in full rather than fulfil.

Orders

An order confirmation is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — where stock has run out, where the order appears fraudulent, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Product use and safety

Our products are for use with pets under supervision. Harnesses, collars, leads and car restraints are not crash-tested safety equipment unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Check fit and condition before every use and replace any worn item. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse, incorrect sizing, or continued use of a worn product.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and branding on this site are ours. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
